46ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any related 46ph policies or agreements:

• "46ph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 46ph platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering online casino, sabong, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to Filipino players.
• "Platform" means the 46ph website accessible at https://46ph.net, including all sub-pages, features, game lobbies, account management tools, and any mobile-optimized interfaces provided under the same domain.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 46ph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the 46ph registration process, through which the User accesses all Platform services.
• "Wallet" means the virtual peso balance held within a User's 46ph Account, funded through approved deposit methods and used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account by 46ph subject to promotional terms.
• "Real Funds" means Philippine Peso amounts deposited by the User from personal funds via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, cryptocurrency, or any other approved payment channel.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, directives, and guidelines of the Republic of the Philippines that apply to online gaming, data privacy, anti-money laundering, and related matters.

By accessing the 46ph Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 46ph. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you participate in all games and wagering activities voluntarily, with full awareness of that risk.

To register for and use the 46ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 46ph or its affiliated gaming suppliers, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the 46ph Platform.

To access real-money gaming on 46ph, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 46ph Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 46ph will suspend all duplicate accounts, confiscate any associated balances, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

46ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. 46ph reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 46ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 46ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

All financial transactions on the 46ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 46ph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency where available. Transaction availability, minimum amounts, and processing times may vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's banking section.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 46ph Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 46ph does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are set by 46ph and displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Funds are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, as a safeguard against money laundering. 46ph processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, settlement times are dependent on the payment provider. GCash withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

46ph is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 46ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where transactions exhibit characteristics consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

46ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bonus offers are available only to Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, and payment method.
• 46ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are treated separately in your Wallet. Real Funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.

All games available on the 46ph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 RNG and Live Game Integrity

Non-live casino games (slots, virtual table games, bingo, fishing games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure statistically fair outcomes. 7.2 Bets Are Final

All content on the 46ph Platform — including but not limited to the 46ph brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of 46ph or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 46ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 46ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or telecommunications failures beyond 46ph's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any decision made by 46ph in good faith to suspend, restrict, or close your Account pursuant to these Terms or Applicable Law.

46ph's aggregate liability to any User arising from a single incident shall not exceed the value of Real Funds held in that User's Wallet at the time the liability arises. Nothing in these Terms limits 46ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

46ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• As required by a PAGCOR directive or other regulatory authority.

Upon account closure for cause, 46ph reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Funds remaining in a verified Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 46ph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 46ph's support team and allow a reasonable period for 46ph to address your concern through its internal resolution process.

46ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 46ph will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address or in-platform notification associated with their Account, or by prominently posting a notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
